Pre-Order Policy

Due to high demand for certain products, Mimi Beds offers customers the opportunity to secure their order in advance through our pre-order system. This ensures that you can reserve items before they become available for general sale.

1. Estimated Delivery Dates
All pre-order items include an estimated shipping date. Please note that this date is a projection and may vary as it gets closer. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing, shipping, and customs processes.
We’ll keep you informed via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.

2. Pre-Order Payment
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item in our limited production run.

3. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipment. A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.

4. Order Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, a refund will be processed only after the shipment has been refused upon delivery or returned to Mimi Beds. Once received, we’ll process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
